ORDERS
We normally process your order within 2 business days. We operate Mon-Fri except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you promptly.
When you place an order, all data is encoded to and from the website by SSL (Secure Socet Layers).

PAYMENT
If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. For all countries outside the EU and USA local charges such as import duties and/ or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs will be added to your order and indicated prior to final payment. Please refer to Payment & Shipping for some general rates. All our shipments are sent by UPS, DHL, FedEx or Postnord from Denmark. The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days to EU-countries and the USA and 4- 8 business days to all other countries. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. In addition TRICOTAGE reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.
